Here at LoveinActionTV we support a different cause or person every month. Part of that support is helping to raise funds to assist them on their journey. One of the best ways we have found to do this is to do what we call Love in Auctions. These are fun and productive events that spread love and support through people offering services or physical items to go up for auction. ALL the funds go directly to that months recipient.
These auctions have been hugely successful because of people like you who find it in their hearts to donate items or services. If you are someone who would like to donate for a certain auction, we have found that it is easier to let you know how it work by creating this FAQ sheet.

What is involved with donating a physical item?
When you are donating a physical item it is up to the donator to pay for the cost of shipping as part of the donation. LoveinActionTV does not see any of the donations. 100% of the donations go straight to the campaigns GoFundMe/PayPal account. None of the funds are used to pay for shipping.
How do I make a donation of a physical item?
You can either send a submission through www.loveinactionmedia.com (you will not be able to send pictures of the item through website) or email us at email@example.com (this would be a better method of communication as you are able to send photos of the item).
What do I include in my email to donate a physical item?
Please include the items value and photos. Please give as much information as possible.
What if I do not want to ship the physical item internationally?
If you do not want to ship the physical item internationally please advise of this when sending an email with your donation item. “I do not wish to ship international”.
What do I do if I want to donate a non-physical item?
If you are wanting to donate a non-physical item (reading, courses, sessions etc.) please give a value amount and tell us about the non-physical item (please give us as much information as possible).
What do I need to do to receive my item after I have been deemed the highest bidder?
You will receive a confirmation receipt after donating.
When you have received this then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the payment receipt and your contact information.
If you have won a physical item please include your shipping information.
For non-physical items please include your email address and or a phone number that you can be reached at.
What happens if I do not receive my item?
If you have not received your item please email us at email@example.com and we will contact the donator of the item and Cc you in the email.
PLEASE NOTE: LoveinActionTV is not responsible or to be held liable for non-delivery of items. LIATV is the liaison between the 2 parties and we will do our best to help with non-delivery of items, but the transaction after winning is up to the donator and the winner.
What happens if I cannot pay for my item?
If you think that you cannot pay for an item then it would be in your best interest not to bid. LoveinActionTV is a non for profit channel and cannot cover any associated costs of non-payment.
